Coach Lauren-
Gym Owner
Coach Lauren started her gymnastics journey at the age of 3 when she began swinging on every railing she could find. After beginning a formal gymnastics program, she progressed to competing at level 10 and qualified to both State and Regional competitions. Lauren went on to be a part of the NC State gymnastics team. After graduating from college with a degree in Business she discovered she had a love and art for teaching children. She earned a Master’s of Education from the University of Southern California. Since then she has taught 1-4th grade elementary students. It is her love of gymnastics, physical activity, teaching and children that inspired her to begin a kids gym of her own where children can grow their bodies and minds.
Lauren lives in Briar Chapel with her husband, Chris, her kiddos, Jace & Zoeigh, + fur babies (Great Dane puppy, KING, and Rottweiler, Hank).
Coach Alexis- Gym Manager
Coach Alexis joined The Kid’s Gym Team in October, 2019. She is now our Gym Manager, helping to ensure that we continue to meet the high standards that we strive for in our classes, coaches & facility!
In addition to all that she does at the Gym, Alexis recently received her Real Estate license & is part of the Century 21 team! Reach out to her with any real estate needs…she will put in the work you are hoping for!

Coach Donna
Coach Donna joined the Kid’s Gym Team in June of 2021. She is a level 10 gymnast and has been training at Bull City Gymnastics for seven years! Donna wanted to become a part of The Kid’s Gym team because of her love for gymnastics and working with children. She is very excited to share her understanding and passion for gymnastics through teaching!
Donna recently signed with Rutgers as a member of their Gymnastics Team! GO DONNA!!
Coach Avery
Coach Avery joined The Kid’s Gym Team in June, 2023. Before joining our Kid’s Gym family, she was a competitive gymnast for 11 years at Bull City Gymnastics. In addition, she was involved with competitive cheer at Cheer Extreme for 2 years. Avery is so excited to help teach kids gymnastics and share her love for the sport.
Coach Allie
Coach Allie joined The Kid’s Gym Team in July, 2022. She is a Junior at Eno River Academy. Allie is a level 10 gymnast at Bull City Gymnastics. She has been involved in gymnastics for twelve years and continues to have a strong passion for the sport. She is excited to have the opportunity to teach children new things in the gym.
Allie recently signed with Air Force Academy as member of their Gymnastics Team! GO ALLIE!!
