Enrollment process

New Enrollment

  • All of our classes have ongoing enrollment (with no set start date or end date).

  • You can enroll your child into a class, with available openings, at anytime throughout the year.

  • If you are interested in a class that is currently on a waitlist, please enroll your child onto any and all waitlists that will work for your schedule.

  • Completion of enrollment requires that you provide CC information. You will NOT be charged a registration fee or tuition fee while on a waitlist. We will notify you as soon as a class opening becomes available before completing enrollment for your child.

Cancelling Enrollment

Cancellations must be made by giving notification by email prior to the 1st of the month and/or tuition is processed. (Ex. Cancellation of enrollment beginning in February must be communicated by Jan 31st). There are no cancellation refunds.


Payment policies

Registration Fee

All students are charged an annual registration fee of $60.00. The registration fee helps to cover insurance costs, employee training and certifications, and continued updates to the equipment and our facility. The registration fee is not refundable or transferable. The registration fee is prorated throughout the year and is charged in full on January 1st annually.

Tuition Payments

Your auto pay information is entered at the time of registration. All accounts with cards on file will be charged at the time of registration. All Tuition payments will be processed the 1st of each month. All payments are due by the 5th of the month. All unpaid balances are due by the 5th of each month to avoid late fees and/or cancellation of enrollment.


Make-up Policy

-Absences must be submitted in your Parent Portal or by emailing the gym prior to your child’s scheduled class time in order to earn an eligible make-up on your account.

-Make-Ups must be made within 30 days of your missed class & your child must attend a class that is appropriate for his/her age/skill level. 

-Make-ups must be scheduled ahead of time through the Parent Portal. Only classes with available space will show up in your Parent Portal as possible options for a make-up class.

Open Gym Policies

Parents/Guardians are responsible for staying with the child(ren) at all times during Open Gym.

  • Fast Passes can be purchased at the Gym at the time of your visit.

    • Owners of a Fast Pass MUST present it to a member of our staff upon arrival.

      • If you FORGET your Fast Pass for your Open Gym session, your account will be charged for the Open Gym time.

  • Notification is required to cancel your reserved Open Gym session.

    • “No Shows” are responsible for payment of the event enrollment & will be charged at the start of your reserved Open Gym time.


Policies & Procedures

Dress Code

-Boys attire: Athletic shorts (no jeans) or pants and t-shirt

-Girls attire: Leotard -or- athletic shorts or pants and a t-shirt

Please no socks, tights, or loose (over sized) t-shirts. Long hair must be pulled back.

Gym Rules 

-No one is permitted in the gym without a coach present. 

-All directions given during class must be followed. Due to safety concerns: failure to comply can result in a warning, sitting out, or dismissal from class. 

-Please respect the lobby area: Clean up all messes. Do not block foot traffic. Make sure all furniture is returned if moved for any reason.

- No horseplay, tumbling, or physical contact of any kind is allowed within the lobby or while waiting for a turn in the gym. - Students must ask permission to use the restroom or get a drink. No child should leave the gym without letting their coach know.

- If you plan to stay a watch your child's class, please view gym activity from the lobby viewing windows or from the patio area outside. Parents are asked to remain outside of the gym area during classes for children ages 3 years and older.

- The Kid's Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home.

Arrival and Pick-Up

-Please arrive on time for your child's scheduled class time.

-Lobby space is limited and smooth transitions between classes are critical, so please be here to pick up your child as soon as their class ends. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your child. Instruct your child to wait inside the lobby until you arrive for pick up. When you arrive, please notify a staff member before leaving the premises to ensure your child's safety.

-During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that many of our students are young children. Please drive slowly and carefully.
